On the other hand, I don't put in unpaid overtime since I'm not required too (if I was, then I'd weigh it with the benefits of the job overall). But I'm learning more about what I want my career to be and that really excites me! :) There are times when I don’t feel too much like doing my job, but if I have to spend my time there working anyway I might as well enjoy myself and do what I can.
