		<description>You know it&#039;s funny because lately I am exhausted on Fridays and on the weekend I feel like I&#039;m &quot;catching up&quot; on sleep, which is not a good thing. I&#039;d like to get back to my 7-8 hours of sleep a night, but then when am I going to read and blog?

Ahhh...the perils of time management.

		<description>When I was in college, forget about it- seven hours a sleep just doesn&#039;t happen and if it did, it was considered rare. :) These days, with all the exercise and running I&#039;m doing- I at least need seven to help me recover quicker and properly. There are moments when I only get in about five hours and I feel fine, fresh and ready to go.
