		<description>@josh Good point about the likelihood of both of us being out of work being very low. The formula should work either way, though. Whatever income is being counted or goes missing, it should work.

		<description>Did you base your emergency fund if both you and your wife are unemployed or just one of you? Aren&#039;t the chances that you and your wife get laid off at the same time very slim? Is it best just to play it safe and figure what your necessary bills are to live on for the both of you and save 3 months or 6 months? IF you plan to have kids do you factor that in now? Lucky for you, you can always move in with your inlaws.</description>
