Freelance Job is DONE!

Finally this is finished and I am so happy. I had underestimated how much work it was going to be and how much time it was going to take up. This is the first day in a couple of weeks where I really felt like I could devote myself to writing and not think about that project.

So I should get a check in the mail this week and my Alternative Income should creep up a little ways.

What I learned:

- Next time, be more thorough in your estimation of how long something will take.

- Don’t just do it for the money unless the money is REALLY REALLY GOOD.

- My time is incredibly valuable and I don’t want to give it up without a really good set of reasons (or a couple thousand reasons, knowamsayin’?)

- I really love to write, not just on here (I really like it, I don’t know about love) but fiction. And this made it impossible for me to dedicate myself to it. I feel invigorated and refreshed, like my purpose is clear again and I will attack it with full force.

- I am SO happy right now
