Out of the Box: Parcour

I had seen a few videos but didn’t know what this was called until an ESPN story about it a month or so ago.
Parcour is kind of like freestyle walking but a lot more extreme, a lot more challenging, and a lot more fun to watch.
Some of the stuff these guys do is incredible. Go to Youtube and search for Parcour and some crazy stuff will come up. It’s all real and it’s all incredible.
